Terms of Service

Last updated 1 November 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use Eventsheart at eventsheart.com, operated by Eventsheart (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Eventsheart for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.

2. The service

Eventsheart is a tool for planning events: tasks, suppliers, speakers, budgets, documents, run-of-show and related records, with optional AI assistance. The service is in early access and may change, and features may be added or removed.

During early access, Eventsheart is open only to people we approve. You can request access on our website; we decide on each request at our discretion and may decline or withdraw access. People invited to a workspace also need our approval before they can create an account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Eventsheart. You give us the limited right to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy when you use AI features. You confirm you have the right to use the content you add, including personal data of suppliers or colleagues.

5. AI features

AI features include the AI planner and Heart, the event assistant, which answers questions about your events by text or by voice. AI suggestions and answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check plans, dates, prices and budget figures before relying on them. You are responsible for decisions you take and for any commitments you make to suppliers or clients. We may apply usage limits to AI features, and AI providers may be temporarily unavailable. AI features are currently open only to members we have approved.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe others’ rights;
  • attempt to access other users’ data, or to probe, disrupt or overload the service;
  • upload malicious files, or content you have no right to share;
  • use the service to build a competing product by automated means, or resell it without our consent.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

7. Plans and fees

The service is currently offered without charge during early access. We plan to offer the AI planner as a paid monthly plan (announced at EUR 4.99 per month). If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and you will never be charged without agreeing to a price first.

8. Availability and your data

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own copies of anything critical. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@eventsheart.com. To report a problem, use “Report a bug” in Settings or email us.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will show the date above; if a change is significant we will notify you. You may stop using the service at any time. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, except where urgent action is needed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
